Here's why BCBAs love working with Aviation ABA: Competitive Hourly Pay: $70 to $90 per hour for clinical work, plus $35 per hour for admin time Afternoon Schedule: Part-time afternoon hours that fit around your other commitments Path to Full-Time: Build your caseload at your own pace, with the opportunity to move into a full-time role Career Advancement: Clear leadership pathways and growth opportunities Supportive Culture: Collaborative, mission-driven team focused on clinical excellence Boutique ABA Model: Manageable caseloads, personalized care, and meaningful outcomes BCBA Responsibilities As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Aviation ABA in Weber County, you will: Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and ongoing progress reports Develop and implement individualized ABA treatment and behavior intervention plans Manage a caseload while delivering high-quality, hands-on clinical services Provide direct supervision, training, and ongoing support to RBTs and BTs Lead parent training and caregiver education using evidence-based practices Conduct functional behavior assessments and data-driven program evaluations Ensure compliance with Utah regulations, ethical standards, and company policies Complete treatment plan reviews, documentation audits, and clinical quality checks Qualifications Certification: Active BCBA certification and Utah LBA (or eligibility to obtain) Education: Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field Preferred: Safety-Care Specialist certification (or willingness to obtain) Experience: Prior supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred Availability: Consistent afternoon availability Flexibility: Willingness to provide occasional in-home support as needed Transportation: Reliable vehicle for local travel within Weber County Ready to Soar with Aviation ABA?
