We are looking for a talented Occupational Therapist for the school year.

Hourly Rate Range : $58.00-$72.00 per hour

Responsibilities would include:

• Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine students' motor, sensory, and functional needs.
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and therapy plans to support student independence and learning.
• Provide direct occupational therapy services to enhance fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and classroom participation.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and special education teams to integrate therapy strategies into the learning environment.
• Recommend and implement adaptive equipment, assistive technology, and classroom modifications.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with Washington Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI) and IDEA guidelines.
• Participate in IEP meetings, student evaluations, and multidisciplinary team discussions.
• Provide training and consultation to teachers and staff on strategies to support student independence.

Required Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Washington State Occupational Therapy License (issued by the Washington Department of Health – DOH).
• Washington Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI) Approval as a Related Service Provider (required for some districts, but not all).
• NBCOT Certification preferred
• Fingerprint Clearance & Background Check required.
