Audiologist

We are seeking a skilled Audiologist to join our medical center in Staten Island, NY . This full-time role offers the opportunity to deliver comprehensive hearing healthcare, combining diagnostic evaluations, treatment, and patient education. The Audiologist will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional care and improve patient outcomes across our Annandale location. Key Responsibilities Perform thorough audiological assessments, including diagnostic testing and hearing evaluations. Fit, program, and adjust hearing aids and assistive listening devices tailored to patient needs. Educate and counsel patients on hearing loss, treatment plans, and device usage. Provide ongoing follow-up care, troubleshoot devices, and ensure proper maintenance. Maintain accurate patient records, evaluations, and treatment documentation. Collaborate with clinical team members and support staff to enhance patient care. Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements and best practices. Ensure all clinical activities comply with state licensing regulations and company policies. Requirements Doctorate in Audiology (Au.D.) or Master's degree in Audiology per state licensure requirements. Active or eligible New York State Audiology license. Strong expertise in clinical assessment and hearing aid fittings. Exceptional patient communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with audiology software, EMR systems, and diagnostic equipment. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented clinical setting. Commitment to a hands‑on onboarding process: 2 hours of observation at one of our locations, followed by 2‑3 paid workdays with the Chief Audiologist for evaluation and orientation.
