Hollis Creek- Laborer (Driver)

Job Overview:Job Summary**Primoris Renewable Energy is seeking a dedicated and physically capable Laborer to support our solar farm construction projects. This non-driving role involves manual labor and assistance with various tasks essential for project completion.Job Responsibilities*** Assist with the unloading, sorting, and staging of materials and equipment on job sites.* Perform general site cleanup, including debris removal, waste disposal, and maintaining a safe work environment.* Support skilled tradespeople by carrying tools, materials, and following instructions.* Dig trenches, post holes, and foundations by hand or with hand tools.* Perform basic assembly of components under supervision.* Operate small hand and power tools safely and efficiently (e.g., drills, grinders, shovels, rakes).* Follow all safety protocols and procedures, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).* Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.* Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or project managers.Job Qualifications*** High school diploma or equivalent preferred.* Previous experience in construction, general labor, or a similar physically demanding role is a plus.* Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), bending, stooping, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.* Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.* Strong work ethic and reliability.* Ability to follow verbal and written instructions effectively.* Commitment to safety on the job site.* Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.Company Overview:Primoris Renewable Energy, a business within Primoris Services Corporation’s Energy segment, is a leading power generation engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) provider specializing in utility and commercial scale solar power, energy storage, solar repower, and operations and maintenance.
