VP & Head of Data & AI Solution Sales – North Americas (NA)

Role Overview

\n

We are looking for a high-energy, strategically-minded Data, Advanced Analytics & AI Sales Leader to drive sales growth across North Americas through AI-first, GenAI-enabled, and Agentic AI-based Data and Advanced analytics solutions. You will lead a team of solution sales, co-owning revenue targets for the business unit and directly influencing deal wins in both farming and hunting accounts and will manage the portfolio size of $100M.

As the face of Coforge’s Data & AI innovation to our enterprise clients, you will play a key role in developing strategic narratives, crafting differentiating solutions, and enabling our delivery and CoE teams to scale what you sell.

Key Responsibilities

\n

Sales & Revenue Growth

\n

\n
• Own and deliver the Data & AI revenue targets for the North Americas (NA) region, including GenAI-led pursuits and advisory engagements.
\n
• Lead strategic pursuits across key verticals (BFS, Insurance, Healthcare, Travel, Public Sector), shaping deals in alignment with client transformation needs.
\n
• Drive pipeline conversion and proactive opportunity creation in collaboration with account teams and industry GTM leaders.
\n

Presales Solution Leadership

\n

\n
• Manage and mentor a team of onsite presales and solution consultants, ensuring highquality responses across RFPs, PoCs, and client workshops.
\n
• Co-create compelling solution narratives leveraging Coforge’s IPs, frameworks, accelerators, and partnerships.
\n
• Collaborate closely with the Data & AI Delivery Heads and CoE/Practice teams in India to ensure solution feasibility, innovation, and alignment with GTM narratives.

Client Engagement

\n

\n
• Act as the trusted advisor to client stakeholders, including CTOs, CDOs, and Heads of Innovation, shaping AI transformation journeys.
\n
• Lead workshops, roadshows, and thought-leadership events to build mindshare and brand recall for Coforge’s Data & AI capabilities.
\n
• Evangelize Coforge’s Data and advanced analytics solution offerings and USP.
\n
• Evangelize GenAI, Agentic AI, RAG-based solutions, and LLMOps as transformation enablers in enterprise AI programs.
\n

Partner & Ecosystem Alignment

\n

\n
• Work closely with cloud hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP), GenAI platform vendors (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face), and ISVs (e.g. Snowflake, Databricks, Palantir) to shape joint GTMs and co-sell motions.
\n
• Help define market-facing bundles and offerings with the Global CoE and marketing team to amplify outreach.
\n

Ideal Candidate Profile

\n

\n
• Experience : 20+ years in IT services, with 10 to 15 years in a client-facing Data, AI, and Analytics sales/presales leadership role in the North Americas market.
\n
• Tech Fluency: Expert on Data and Analytics and data platforms, data lakehouse/cloudnative architectures. Good understanding of GenAI, Agentic AI, RAG architectures, LLMOps
\n
• Sales DNA : Demonstrated track record of owning and achieving multi-million-dollar sales targets for complex tech services or AI solutions. Track record of selling large deals (>$20MM USD) in data, Analytics and AI or hybrid data deals.
\n
• Leadership : Proven ability to build, manage, and inspire sales teams to meet aggressive revenue and win-rate goals. Should show a proven track record of owning hard revenue and TCV targets along with penchant to develop innovative solutions.
\n
• Client-Centric: Excellent executive presence, consultative selling skills, and ability to connect AI innovation to real-world business outcomes.
\n
• Education : Bachelor's in Engineering/Technology or related; MBA or advanced technical degree preferred.
