Work Environment

The role is based at our outpatient office in Jacksonville, Florida, where you will work alongside a team of like-minded professionals who share your commitment to patient care. Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Amiral Physical Therapy, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations of patients referred by physicians, considering each individual's health history and functional limitations.
• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans tailored to specific patient needs, utilizing a range of therapeutic techniques and modalities.
• Delivering care in various settings, adhering to the physician's plan of care, whether in our clinic, patient homes, or community-based programs.
• Maintaining accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment adjustments while ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
• Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team to optimize treatment outcomes through shared knowledge and strategic planning.
• Providing education and training to patients and caregivers about their conditions and the rehabilitation process, empowering them to take charge of their recovery journey.
• Meeting and exceeding organizational goals related to patient utilization rates, business growth, and quality of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, including individuals with orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports-related injuries. Each patient presents unique challenges, requiring you to draw upon your skills and creativity to design effective, patient-centered care strategies. Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Valid state license as a Doctor of Physical Therapy issued by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee.
• Minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience, demonstrating a strong foundation in various therapeutic techniques.
• Current CPR certification, ensuring readiness for any emergency situation.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills, complemented by adept computer and documentation skills.
• A patient-centered approach that fosters meaningful relationships, enabling patients to exceed their functional goals.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer competitive annual salaries ranging from $100,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience and skills, alongside a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
