Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 - Quincy, MA
Are you a CDL-A driver in search of an OTR opportunity that guarantees weekly home time and requires minimal physical effort? At American Trucking Group, we offer dry van routes throughout the Northeast with top-notch equipment and competitive pay. Experience the freedom of long-distance driving while maintaining a reliable schedule that brings you home every week.
Home Time:
- Home every week for a 34-hour reset.
- Our OTR routes are structured to ensure steady miles, allowing you to maintain regular time with family and personal commitments.
Equipment:
- Drive modern International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for heating and cooling.
- You can take your assigned truck and trailer home, provided safe parking is available.
No Touch Freight:
- Primarily handle dry van freight with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations.
- Minimal physical labor enables you to focus on driving and maximizing efficiency.
Pay and Miles:
- Average earnings range from $1,000 to $1,450 weekly based on mileage and performance.
- Additional compensation includes detention pay according to customer policy, layover pay at $12 per hour after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free performance.
Running Area:
- Covering Northeast regional routes from Maine to Virginia, with all tolls covered via EZ Pass and toll cards.
Benefits:

- $20,000 in company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) plan with a 50% company match up to 3%.
- Passenger policy available after 30 days, subject to age restrictions.
