Director of Workforce Management Technology

A Payroll Technology leader with expertise in HRIS, Workforce Management, payroll systems, integrations, and enterprise application support, capable of leading teams and driving large-scale payroll technology initiatives. Key Responsibilities Lead the strategy, modernization, support, and delivery of Payroll and Workforce Management applications. Own and enhance platforms such as UKG Payroll, Infor WFM, Workday, and payroll integrations . Provide leadership for production support, incident management, root-cause analysis, and system reliability. Manage payroll technology teams, vendors, budgets, and enterprise initiatives. Partner with Payroll, HR, Finance, Security, and business stakeholders to ensure compliant and efficient payroll operations. Drive automation, reporting, analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives. Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in Payroll Technology, HRIS, Workforce Management Systems, or Enterprise Applications . Hands-on experience with payroll platforms such as UKG Payroll, Infor WFM, Workday, Kronos, or similar solutions . Strong knowledge of U.S. and Canadian payroll processes , integrations, APIs, SQL, reporting, and production support. Proven leadership experience managing technical teams, vendors, and large-scale payroll initiatives. Experience with payroll implementations, upgrades, migrations, and enterprise system integrations. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Infor WFM and UKG Payroll . Knowledge of Workday, SAP Finance, Cognos, Power BI, and SQL . Experience supporting complex, multi-entity and unionized workforce environments. Agile, ITIL, PMP, Payroll, or related certifications. #J-18808-Ljbffr ACL Digital
