Job Overview A law firm seeks a senior-level Financial Services Regulatory and Compliance Associate for its San Francisco, CA office. The candidate will engage with clients in the banking and fintech sectors globally, providing regulatory and compliance guidance. Duties Advise on regulatory matters including licensing, product development, and mergers. Represent clients before U.S. federal and state regulators. Conduct legal research and analysis with attention to detail. Collaborate with a team to deliver client-focused solutions. Requirements Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial services regulatory and compliance. Experience with banks, fintech companies, and virtual currency platforms. Knowledge of BSA/AML, BHCA, IBA, and other key financial regulations. Strong academic background and legal writing skills. Admission to or eligibility for admission in the relevant jurisdiction. Fluency in Spanish is a plus. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree required. Certifications Bar admission in relevant jurisdiction. Skills Excellent legal research and analytical skills.
