Project Manager

We are seeking a Project Manager with strong Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) experience to manage technology projects, platform enhancements, integrations, and delivery initiatives supporting Athena IDX and related RCM platforms and tools. The Project Manager will work closely with business stakeholders, engineering, IT, and development teams to gather requirements, coordinate project activities, manage timelines and dependencies, resolve issues, and ensure successful delivery. Experience with AI tools or Agentic AI is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead projects from requirements gathering through implementation and delivery, ensuring scope, timelines, and business objectives are met.
• Coordinate with business, engineering, IT, and development teams to translate business needs into clear technical requirements.
• Manage projects supporting Revenue Cycle Management platforms, Athena IDX, related applications, and integrations.
• Develop and maintain project plans, requirements documentation, solution documents, SDLC artifacts, Jira stories, status reports, and project communications.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, issues, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate resolution of platform issues and change requests and ensure timely communication with stakeholders.
• Facilitate meetings, follow-ups, status updates, and stakeholder communications throughout the project lifecycle.
• Work within Agile/Scrum methodologies and coordinate effectively with development teams.
• Analyze business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and technology enablement.
• Use AI tools where appropriate for research, documentation, analysis, requirements development, and prototyping.
• Support AI/Agentic AI proof-of-concepts when applicable; hands-on experience is a preferred skill, not a requirement.
• Ensure effective knowledge transfer and documentation for project and platform stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of Project Management experience.
• Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) experience is required.
• Experience with RCM processes such as billing, claims, reimbursement, patient accounts, or related revenue-cycle workflows.
• Experience managing technology projects involving business requirements, integrations, application enhancements, or system implementations.
• Strong experience working with business stakeholders, engineering, IT, and development teams.
• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum, SDLC, Jira, project planning, risk/issue management, and stakeholder communication.
• Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in ambiguous or changing environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Athena IDX or other RCM platforms.
• Healthcare, medical, hospital, or pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Exposure to Generative AI, AI coding assistants, or Agentic AI frameworks.
• Experience supporting AI-related prototypes or technology initiatives.
• CSPO/Scrum or technology-related certifications.
