How You'll Make an Impact As an HR Data & Reporting Specialist, you will drive impactful workforce data initiatives that support strategic decision-making, compliance, and operational excellence. You'll collaborate with a diverse group of passionate individuals to deliver sustainable solutions to advance mobility, improve wellbeing, and enhance modern life. In this role, you will:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee and organizational data across Human Resources (HR) systems and databases.
- Review and audit data for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with established processes and standards.
- Process, track, and resolve data-related requests, inquiries, and service tickets in a timely and customer-focused manner.
- Troubleshoot data and system issues, partnering with HR, Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), Information Technology (IT), and other teams to resolve complex issues.
- Monitor data workflows and identify recurring errors, inconsistencies, or process gaps to improve efficiency.
- Create, maintain, and distribute recurring and ad hoc reports to support workforce planning, compliance requirements, audits, and business operations.
- Compile, validate, and organize data from Workday and other HR systems to ensure reporting accuracy.
- Assist with audits, reporting cycles, and compliance activities by providing accurate data and supporting documentation.
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), job aids, process documentation, and knowledge base resources.
- Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR data processes, reporting requests, and self-service tools.
- Participate in testing and validation activities related to system updates, enhancements, and process changes.
- Identify opportunities to improve data quality, reporting processes, and overall service delivery.
- Actively contribute to team responsibilities, adapt to changing priorities, and demonstrate initiative, accountability, and a commitment to high-quality work.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field with 2+ years of related HR Operations experience; or High School Diploma, General Educational Development (GED), or equivalent with 4+ years of related experience.
- Experience in HR data management, shared services, customer service, or similar environments.
- Experience working with HRIS, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), case management, or other business systems.
- Experience creating and maintaining reports using workforce or business data.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy and data integrity.
- Strong customer service, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
- Experience in Payroll or Benefits.
- Experience with Workday or similar Human Capital Management (HCM) systems.
- Experience supporting audits, compliance activities, or data validation processes.
- Experience creating process documentation, job aids, or standard operating procedures.
- Standing, walking, or operating equipment for extended periods
- Working in a lab or manufacturing setting with appropriate PPE provided
- Use of computers and digital tools in an office or hybrid environment
- Occasional lifting or movement of materials
- Adherence to rigorous safety protocols and ergonomic standards
