Senior Real Estate Representative (Land Contracts & Process Optimization)

Join Our Team as a Senior Real Estate Specialist
Remote work is available, with a preference for candidates located in Juno. Be part of a dynamic team that supports the execution of large-scale transmission and infrastructure projects. This role is pivotal in optimizing land acquisition strategies and standardizing processes, ensuring seamless project progression from development to operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Development & Optimization: Design and improve workflows, standardize procedures, and create user-friendly documentation.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with various teams to ensure project alignment and continuity.
- Systems, Data & Training: Maintain accurate data, manage land agreement requests, and deliver training on processes and tools.
- Project Support & Analysis: Support land acquisition activities, review agreements for accuracy, and track key deliverables.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in land acquisition, title research, or real estate operations
- Strong ability to review title documents and interpret legal descriptions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce or similar systems
- Excellent communication skills with strong analytical and organizational abilities
Preferences
- Experience as a real estate or contracts paralegal
- Background in land acquisition or land data/document management
- Familiarity with GIS systems and county parcel data tools
- Experience in energy, transmission, or infrastructure projects
