Master's degree in social work (MSW) from an accredited School of Social Work (CSWE). BLS Certified. Task and Responsibilities Coordinate appropriate referrals to community and other government agencies for services. Independently assess psychosocial functioning and needs of patients and their families, formulating and implementing a treatment plan. Conduct psychosocial assessments and provide treatment to diverse individuals. Use medical and mental health diagnoses in treatment planning. Implement treatment modalities with individuals, families, and groups. Provide counseling and/or psychotherapy to individuals, groups, couples, and families within license bounds. Provide consultation to staff about psychosocial needs and health care compliance.
