What we're looking for:

• Current license/certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
• Previous experience working with K-12 students preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to adapt and collaborate with faculty and families across multiple school locations

Role responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative SLP services to students in K-12 settings
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluate student progress
• Work closely with teachers, counselors, and other multidisciplinary team members to ensure student success
• Maintain accurate documentation and stay current with compliance requirements
• Foster supportive relationships with students and advocate for their needs throughout the school year
