RN UP - Neuro M/S - Travel Registered Nurse

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 36 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience.

• Trauma Level 1 experience is required within the last 12 months.

• ASN completion required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Illinois license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• 24 months gap required between for Staff at Program: RightSourcing Program - Carle Health and no current placement allowed at Program: RightSourcing Program - Carle Health.

Additional Details:

Required Credentials: Temp Illinois licensure is not accepted.

Preferred Credentials: BSN preferred.

Unit Details: Provides competent care for patients with mild to severe brain injury due to stroke, trauma, or surgery. Must be able to identify and respond immediately to neurological changes and seizure activity.

Shift & Scheduling: 6 weekend shifts in a schedule. Every other holiday.

Floating Requirements: Travelers assigned to the Greater Peoria Service Area may be required to float between the following sites: Carle Health Methodist Hospital, Carle Health Pekin Hospital, and/or Carle Health Proctor Hospital. The Carle Leader will notify the traveler directly when there is a need to float between locations.

7 days maximum time off. Maximum consecutive days off: 3
