BartenderThe ideal bartender candidate has a genuine passion for hospitality. They must be energetic and comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a determination to provide guests with a memorable experience. Our bartenders are responsible for selling, preparing, and serving a wide variety of cocktails, wine and beer. Positive vibes only!Qualifications:Commitment to hospitality2 + years bartending experienceExcellent communication skills and a pleasant friendly attitude toward colleagues and guestsProfessional demeanor with a sense of humor and a strong passion for hospitalityPhysical Requirements:Ability to work on feet for at least 8 hoursAbility to move, pull, carry or lift up to 40 plus poundsDuties & Responsibilities:Demonstrate knowledge of all signature cocktails (ingredients, spec, build)Well established knowledge of classic cocktailsWorking knowledge of our natural wine program set forth by Wine DirectorUnderstanding of the proper steps of service. Consistently execute them with efficiency and grace while multitasking and maintaining a sense of urgency throughout serviceAnticipate guest needs and create strong guest relationships.
