Escrow Coordinator

Job Description: Escrow Coordinator Pay: $24-$27/hour (DOE) Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Escrow Coordinator to support transaction processing and documentation management. This role is ideal for someone with escrow or loan processing experience who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, fully electronic environment. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and support escrow transactions from initiation through closing Maintain and manage electronic files with a high level of accuracy Review and process documentation related to escrow and closing activities Communicate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely completion of transactions Track deadlines and ensure compliance with required processes and procedures Utilize multiple systems to document, update, and manage files Qualifications Prior experience in escrow, title, or loan processing required Strong understanding of real estate transaction workflows is a plus High level of computer proficiency and ability to manage digital files efficiently Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment Systems & Tools JDE (E1) Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Access) Box Salesforce Adobe Pro Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
