RN - Labor and Delivery- NOC Shift

We are currently adding to our team of excellent healthcare professionals for RNs who have hospital Labor and Delivery experience!



 

Schedule: This is a per diem position. Shifts may be offered Monday through Sunday between the hours of 11:00PM-7:00AM and 7:00PM-7:00AM. Shift availability will vary based on staffing needs.

Location: Stillwater, MN .

Pay rate: Up to $85/hour Depending on Experience!

Required Skills/Qualifications:

• Bachelor/Associate's Degree in Nursing.
• Licensed as an RN by Minnesota Board of Nursing or has a Wisconsin RN License and Minnesota Boarder State Registry.
• Must have at least 1 year of labor and delivery experience.
• Must have BLS certification through American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC).
• Current NRP certification
• STABLE certification
• Must have strong organizational, multi-tasking and communication skills with a customer-service orientation.

• Perform patient centered, safe, effective and timely patient care based on the specific needs of each patient within the RN scope of practice.
• Communicate effectively with patients and families including providing updates in a timely manner.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation
• Participate as an effective unit and nursing department member.
• Establish and maintain effective and collaborative working relationships with other health care team members and across the organization.
• Maintain and update clinical knowledge including certifications as appropriate.
