Traveling Drywall General Superintendent

RealREPP, a national full-service recruiting firm, is partnering with a well-established drywall subcontractor with a nationwide presence to assist in hiring an experienced Drywall General Superintendent! The ideal candidate will be coming from either a drywall subcontractor or self-perform drywall division and have experience with data center projects (or other large-scale projects). Key Responsibilities Run multiple jobsites effectively at any given time Participate in all preconstruction meetings with project team Provide jobsite project progress as necessary Communicate with GC to ensure project schedule and goals are met Manage Foremen team & all field employees Ensure all work meets QC/QA standards Qualifications 10+ years project management experience with drywall subcontractor OR self-perform drywall division Prior experience as Senior or General Superintendent Experience with drywall, metal stud framing, IMP, etc. Experience on data center projects, battery plants, EV manufacturing facilities, etc. (highly preferred) Experience on large-scale projects (required) Must be located East of Texas Compensation Package Base Salary $155-180k (broad range based on experience) Per diem, car allowance, etc. Medical, Dental, Vision 401k w/ match PTO Opportunity for growth!
