Senior Sales Associate Position Description Position Title: Senior Sales Associate (Sales Forced) Reports To: Store Leader Classification: Full-Time /Non-Exempt/Hourly Senior Sales Associate Position Overview The Senior Sales Associate serves as a Sales focused sales leader, responsible for driving personal sales while ensuring execution of daily store operations, compliance, and safety standards. This role acts as a key support to Store Leadership by owning opening/closing routines, operational processes, and in-store execution while delivering a best-in-class customer experience.
