What You Will Do

• Conduct a range of routine and advanced clinical laboratory testsincluding chemistry, hematology, immunology, among otherswhile adhering strictly to established protocols.
• Review results for correctness, identify and troubleshoot discrepancies, and perform essential calibrations and maintenance on laboratory equipment.
• Facilitate specimen collection and prepare samples for subsequent analysis when required.
• Keep meticulous records of all procedures, take part in training new staff or students, and actively help maintain the lab's quality assurance standards.
• Ensure a clean and secure work environment while complying with regulatory and accreditation mandates.

Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree, in addition to being prepared for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• Obtaining ASCP or AMT's Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) is expected within one year of employment.
• Maintain valid certification throughout your time with us.
