Summary The Sales Professional focuses on building client relationships and delivering memorable service with a passion for timepieces and jewelry. They present products using storytelling and technical detail, maintain up-to-date product knowledge, and support the client experience using company systems and showroom hospitality standards. Responsibilities Confidently present products to clients incorporating storytelling and technical detail. Build, maintain, and develop clientele using the company CRM platform. Develop and maintain product and industry knowledge for brands and collections in the showroom. Organize merchandise and displays to optimize sales and minimize shrinkage. Support showroom hospitality guidelines and complete relevant administrative tasks. Accept and deliver client repairs and coordinate client handoffs to team members as needed. Comply with company guidelines, policies, and procedures and assist team members. Requirements High School Diploma. Minimum 1 year retail sales experience. Excellent storytelling, client service, and selling skills with a passion for timepieces and/or jewelry. Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication, and organizational skills.
