We’re a thriving company looking for driven individuals to join our team. Job Overview We’re hiring a Sales Specialist to work inside a premium automotive dealership as the primary tire sales expert. This role offers a stable 40‑hour schedule, higher earning potential, and real career growth. Base Pay and Commission Base pay: $28.34 – $30.85 per hour Target annual commission: $13,200–$14,040 Guaranteed commission during onboarding (up to 2 months) Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision (50% coverage) 401(k) match up to 7% (50% of employee contribution) PTO eligibility after 30 days (up to 19 days annually) Consistent 5‑day, 40‑hour work week What You’ll Do Engage customers and sell tires on the service drive Perform quick visual inspections Identify needs and confidently recommend solutions Provide pricing and close sales Build relationships with customers and dealership teams Support store operations (inventory, reporting, etc.) What We’re Looking For 2+ years of sales experience in a goal‑driven, customer‑facing environment Proven ability to hit or exceed sales targets Strong communication and relationship‑building skills Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment Basic computer skills (order systems, CRM tools) Career Growth Dealer Tire promotes an average of 114 team members per year in our Tire Store program.
