• Our team includes two non-operative sports medicine physicians, a podiatrist, and an orthopedic surgeon who are supported by highly trained staff and a robust sports medicine outreach program

Minimum Qualifications:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
\n
• Orthopedic Residency and Hand Surgery Fellowship
\n
• BC/BE
\n
• Active, unrestricted medical license in the state of Idaho
\n
• Current licenses with full prescriptive authority from the Federal DEA, the State of Idaho, and Idaho Board of Pharmacy
\n
• Eligibility to obtain Medical Staff Privileges with St. Luke’s Health System
\n
