Shift Leader – Bruegger's Bagels, Melrose, MA As a Shift Leader at Bruegger's Bagels, you collaborate directly with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. You set the morale and tone of the team, provide feedback and coaching, and open and close the store with little to no supervision. Your role is essential in ensuring the quality of our food and beverages and maintaining a safe, clean store environment. Responsibilities Support the General Manager in daily operations and staff motivation. Set team morale and tone for each shift. Provide feedback and coaching to team members as needed. Open and close the store independently. Ensure food and beverage quality and store cleanliness. Starting pay is subject to local and state minimum wage regulations.
