Caregiver Position

As a Caregiver at Modani, you will play a vital role in helping families understand care options, navigate state-specific programs, and receive personalized support that allows individuals to remain safe and comfortably at home.
About the Role
As a Caregiver Position , you will be responsible for:
Providing high-quality care to our clients, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and personal care
Maintaining a safe and clean living environment for clients, adhering to all health and safety protocols
Building strong relationships with clients and their families, fostering a sense of trust and understanding
Collaborating with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans
Maintaining accurate and timely records of client care and services provided
