Registered Nurse - Wound Care

Job Summary Seeking a travel RN with specialized wound and ostomy care expertise to provide autonomous consultation and direct patient care within an inpatient setting. Key Responsibilities Provide expert wound care recommendations and treatment plans. Conduct weekly follow-up assessments for wound care patients. Perform autonomous consultations for inpatient wound patients. Take pictures and measurements for wound documentation. Provide new ostomy teaching to patients and families. Manage complex wound vacs and fistulas. Schedule / Shift Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Required Qualifications Current RN license in the state of practice. Wound Care experience. Ability to function independently. Certifications WOCN (Wound, Ostomy, and Continence Nursing) Experience Inpatient wound care experience. Experience managing difficult wound vacs and fistulas. Experience providing ostomy teaching. Skills Autonomous patient care and consultation. Wound assessment and treatment planning. Ostomy management and education.
