Position Summary Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Full‑time, Hybrid – Raleigh, NC. Key Responsibilities Provide applied behavior analysis services to children and families on the autism journey. Collaborate with psychologists, wrap‑around therapies, medical professionals and BCBAs. Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans. Lead and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians. Contribute to team efforts to create a medically integrated, family‑centered care model. Qualifications Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst or candidate eligible to sit for the BACB exam. Strong commitment to clinical excellence and team development. Excellent collaboration and leadership skills. Ability to remain flexible in scheduling and client‑centered focus. Benefits Salary $80,000–$95,000 with an up to $10,000 sign‑on/retention bonus. Health, dental and vision insurance, paid time off and mileage reimbursement.
