Assignment Details
• Start Date: As soon as credentialed
• End Date: Ongoing (coverage for leaves/vacations)
• Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours
• Setting: Inpatient Hospital
• Schedule:
• Day shifts only (8, 10, or 12 hours)
• Full-time coverage
• No call
• No weekends
• EMR: Epic
• Credentialing: 90 Äì120 days
• Location: Detroit, MI
• Travel: Mileage reimbursement only (no lodging or flights)
Requirements
• Active Michigan RN license
• NBCRNA
• BLS
• ACLS
• PALS
• Clean malpractice and license history
• NPDB self-query (within 30 days)
• Ability to work full-time
• Willingness to work variable day shifts
• Not accepting new graduates
Clinical Details
• Scope:
• Anesthesia care for inpatient surgical procedures
• Responsibilities include:
• General anesthesia and deep sedation/MAC
• Neurosurgical case support
• Ventilation management
• Preoperative assessments and patient education
• Monitoring patients throughout procedures
• Documentation in Epic EMR
• Participation in quality and safety initiatives
• Patient Population:
• Adult with limited pediatric cases
• Support:
• Supervised model with anesthesiologists
• Multidisciplinary perioperative team including RNs, techs, and anesthesia staff
