*Family Medicine Clinician, works directly with and reports to the CMO
*Sees patients in the clinic and provides In-Patient care via local hospital
*Calls patients at home, takes after hours phone calls once or twice per month
*Good with documentation, Electronic Medical Records facility
*No evenings or weekends, but there may be emergency patient call
