92F Petroleum Supply Specialist

Job Description Fuel is one of the most vital components of the Army National Guard. It keeps Soldiers pushing onward, and as a Petroleum Supply Specialist you’ll ensure they never run out. In this position, you will handle, store, and ship petroleum-based products such as oil, fuel, and compressed gas. You will supervise the receipt, storage, and shipping of bulk or packaged petroleum products, operate pumping equipment to load trucks, ships, trains, and aircraft, select and submit samples for testing, perform petroleum and water accounting, test petroleum samples for contamination, repair specialized equipment, and uphold facility safety procedures and storage guidelines. As you gain experience you will assume management duties, including supervising and training other Soldiers, assigning tasks, spot‑checking work quality, and ensuring adherence to safety procedures.
