The successful candidate will be tasked with driving the company's scale through both inorganic and organic methods, in line with the investment thesis of the private equity sponsor. This includes enhancing operational efficiencies, expanding market presence, and optimizing financial strategies. The CFO will be expected to be a passionate and committed leader, capable of honoring the company's past while steering it towards a powerful, platform business future. The ideal CFO for this role will have a background in a distribution business model, with experience as a top finance leader in a lower middle market B2B company or as a senior finance leader within a larger enterprise organization. A tenure of over 10 years in a progressive career, particularly with a focus on private equity, is highly preferred. The role demands a candidate with a contagious will to win, who can effectively lead the financial aspects of the business in a dynamic and growth-oriented environment.
