Dynamics Developer II

Duties & Responsibilities Lead and Deliver Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solutions to Optimize Business Processes Lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP/CRM projects, including upgrades, migrations, and end-user support. Configure and customize Dynamics 365 applications which may involve CRM, and ERP (Business Central or Supply Chain Management versions of Dynamics). Build and maintain Power Apps and Power Automate flows to streamline business processes and automate workflows. SharePoint administration Timely delivery of project milestones, maintain clear stakeholder communication. Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for automation/optimization. Documentation: business requirements, functional specifications, process flows. Conduct gap analyses and recommend enhancements or new solutions. Maintain data integrity through validation, audits, and reconciliation. Communicate system changes and outages to the CAB prior to implementation. Preferred Qualifications: Education/Experience Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience). 6+ years of experience in business systems or IT support. Minimum Qualifications: Education/Experience Bachelor’s degree in related field (or equivalent experience). 3–6 years of experience in developing business applications, cloud system administration, or data analyst role (internships acceptable). Skills & Abilities: Solid understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and ERP, including configuration and customization. Proficiency in Power Apps and Power Automate for workflow automation. Experience in creating business rules, forms, views, command bar extensions Deep understanding of Dataverse data modeling (tables, relationships, choices) Knowledge of CRM configuration vs customization boundaries Effectively provide SharePoint administration tasks. Strong knowledge of business processes and data analysis tools. Experience with SharePoint workflows and IT infrastructure. Proven ability to design and implement business solutions.
