We are looking for a dedicated Associate to join our owner-dentist and two skilled hygienists in a high-volume, comprehensive care environment. Pay: $170,000 - $200,000 per year Requirements License & Certification: Licensed dentist Education: Doctoral degree (DDS or DMD) from an accredited dental school. Licensing: Must hold or be eligible for a valid Iowa Dental License. Experience: Open to Newly Graduated Dentists; we are eager to mentor and support your transition into private practice. Attributes: Strong communication skills, a team-oriented mindset, and a desire for long-term professional stability. Job Description Comprehensive Care: Perform all phases of restorative and cosmetic dentistry, including extractions and anterior endodontics. Clinical Expansion: Opportunity to bring specialty procedures in-house, such as molar endodontics, wisdom teeth extractions, and implant placement. Patient Engagement: Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to a drawing area of over 25,000 residents. Collaboration: Work alongside an experienced owner-doctor and a dedicated hygiene team to manage a busy patient flow. Salary Details Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
