Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Oregon TSPC teaching license with Special Education endorsement
• Proven experience as a Special Education Teacher, ideally serving K-12 students
• Strong background in case management, developing and monitoring IEPs
• Exceptional communication skills for virtual collaboration with staff, families, and service providers
• Proficient with technology and online classroom platforms
• Committed to upholding privacy, compliance, and equitable student support

Role Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of about 35 special education students, ensuring all academic and behavioral needs are met
• Design, implement, and review Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Monitor student progress and adjust instruction as needed to help each learner achieve their goals
• Collaborate virtually with educators, parents, and related service professionals to ensure cohesive support
• Maintain thorough, timely documentation in accordance with state and federal guidelines
• Participate in remote IEP meetings, eligibility reviews, and parent conferences
• Provide individualized instruction and accommodations in a digital environment
