• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and work area

• Assist with food prep, portioning, and plating dishes

• Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure guest satisfaction

• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

• Communicate effectively with servers and other kitchen staff

• Assist with inventory, restocking, and minimizing food waste

Qualifications:

• Previous cooking or kitchen experience preferred (training provided)

• Familiarity with food safety and kitchen sanitation practices

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Attention to detail and consistency in food preparation

• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
