Remuneration: Rs.12LPA - Rs.14LPA CTC. Desired Qualification & Experience: 8+ Years. Location: Bangalore. Corporate Outreach & Relationship Management Identify and connect with potential recruiters, hiring partners, and industry stakeholders. Build and maintain professional relationships with HR teams and recruitment partners. Support the expansion of corporate networks and placement opportunities. Placement Coordination Coordinate placement drives, interviews, recruitment events, and hiring activities. Schedule and manage interactions between recruiters and students. Ensure smooth communication and coordination during placement processes. Student Engagement & Support Assist students with placement-related activities including resume reviews and interview coordination. Coordinate with training and academic teams to ensure student readiness. Support employability initiatives and career guidance programs. Data Management & Reporting Maintain recruiter databases, placement records, and activity trackers. Prepare reports related to placements, recruiter engagement, and student outcomes. Track placement performance metrics and provide regular updates to management. Market Research & Industry Trends Stay updated on hiring trends, recruitment practices, and industry requirements. Identify new opportunities for recruiter engagement and placement expansion. Conduct market research to support departmental strategies. Internal Coordination & Operations Work closely with internal teams for successful execution of placement activities. Ensure timely communication, documentation, and follow‑up with stakeholders. Support process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives. Educational Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field. Master’s degree preferred. Experience 6–9 years of relevant experience in Corporate Relations, Placement Coordination, Recruitment, or Business Development. Experience in the Education, Training, or IT sector will be an added advantage. Skills & Competencies Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good relationship-building and coordination abilities. Understanding of recruitment processes and hiring practices. Ability to work in a target‑oriented environment. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related productivity tools. Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
