Dental Assistant (Full-Time) Chicago, IL Northwestern Dental Center is seeking an experienced Full-Time Dental Assistant to join our well-established, patient-focused practice in Chicago. About the Role As a Dental Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the provider and ensuring a smooth, efficient, and high-quality patient experience. You'll work alongside a collaborative team dedicated to excellence in both clinical care and customer service. Key Responsibilities Provide chairside assistance during dental procedures Prepare and break down treatment rooms Assist the doctor with a variety of clinical procedures Ensure patient comfort and maintain efficient patient flow Follow all sterilization and infection control protocols Collaborate with the dental team to support daily operations Schedule Full-Time (34 days per week) Monday: 7:00 AM 5:00 PM Tuesday: 7:00 AM 5:00 PM Thursday: 7:00 AM 5:00 PM Friday: 7:00 AM 4:00 PM Compensation $25 - $28 / hour Qualifications Minimum 2+ years of Dental Assistant experience Strong chairside and clinical assisting skills Professional, reliable, and team-oriented attitude Excellent communication and patient care abilities Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Why Join Northwestern Dental Center?
