Physical Therapist

If you enjoy building relationships with residents, helping people regain their independence, and working as part of a supportive interdisciplinary team, we would love to hear from you! What You'll Do Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans Provide skilled physical therapy services to help residents improve strength, mobility, balance, and functional independence Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Collaborate with nursing, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and other members of the care team Provide education to residents, families, and caregivers Complete required documentation accurately and timely Participate in care planning and contribute to positive resident outcomes What We’re Looking For Current Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Wisconsin Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Strong clinical and communication skills Compassionate and resident-focused approach Ability to work independently while also being a strong member of a team Experience in skilled nursing/long-term care is preferred, but we are willing to consider motivated candidates with other clinical experience What We Offer Full-time or Part-time position Competitive compensation Supportive work environment Opportunity to build meaningful relationships with residents and families Collaborative interdisciplinary team Opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of the people we serve *If you're looking for a rewarding PT position where your clinical skills and compassion truly matter, we want to meet you!* Work Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr
