About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical Surgical Duration: 12 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years License: Required Certifications: BLS required; ACLS and PALS preferred Must-Have: Driver's license must be included with submission. Experience in Meditech preferred. Description: The position is for a Registered Nurse specializing in Medical Surgical nursing on the night shift. The nurse will be responsible for providing care to patients with a variety of medical conditions. Clinicians may float within their scope to meet facility needs if required. Experience in charge nursing and patient ratio management is preferred. The nurse will assist in therapeutic procedures and handle various medical equipment. Experience with managing central lines, administering blood products, and caring for patients with complex medical issues is essential. Candidates should demonstrate excellent communication, teamwork, and time management skills. The clinician must be open to potential calls for weekend coverage and holiday shifts. The patient population includes a diverse range of age groups, from pediatrics to geriatrics. Experience in outpatient or specialty care is beneficial but not required. The environment is fast-paced, requiring adaptability and a focus on providing quality patient care.
