Sr. Management Analyst :

Job responsibilities and duties include:

• Directing, analyzing and gathering information or data to understand the underlying principles, reasons, or facts of requirements by breaking down information.
• Documenting solutions by studying information needs; conferring with users; studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; investigating problem areas.
• Overseeing reporting requirements and perform gap analysis for potential reports in Tableau.
• Controlling research spike or studies and reporting the relevant information to project stakeholders and management, and conferring with the team to ensure successful functioning of newly implemented systems.
• Overseeing issues, configuration issues, interoperability flaws and following them through defect life cycle.
• Using advanced knowledge to analyze data gathered, requirements documents, business requirements, and design and develop solutions.
• Using SQL queries to validate and manipulate the data using database visualizer.
• Assessing current state data architecture and Application program Interface (API) environments and managing the design of new APIs as needed.
• Overseeing forms and report issues and conferring with management to resolve those issues.
• Developing training materials and manuals to share knowledge.
• Testing new software to ensure integration into the company systems meets stakeholders requirements, system compliance, and technical specifications.
• Analyzing requirements or gathered information to understand the underlying principles, reasons, or facts of requirements by breaking down information.

REQUIREMENTS: Masters degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting or any related field of study, plus one (1) year of experience in the job offered or in any related position(s).

Qualified applicants must also have demonstrable proficiency and knowledge with the following:

• 1. MS Visio
• 2. SharePoint
• 3. JIRA
• 4. RESTful API
• 5. SQL
• 6. Tableau or SAP FICO
• 7. XML
• 8. Cloud database.

No travel; no telecommuting. Job duties are project-based and performed on long-term assignments at various unanticipated sites within the U.S. which may require relocation at the end of each project.
