Responsibilities
● Assist in managing entire restaurant operations including FOH, BOH, and bar business with managing partners.
● Help manage expense control, food preparation and service, and labor percentage to ensure satisfactory and profitable operations.
● Coordinating bar operations and cost controls.
● Explore business opportunities to obtain new customers.
● Develop positive working relationships with existing customers for repeat business.
● Coach, develop, and motivate restaurant employees to build a strong,
cohesive team.
● Helping to review staff performance on a regular basis.
● Ensure restaurant adheres to sanitation and safety standards, rules, and regulations.
