Position Title: Registered Dental Hygienist

Overview: Our organization is on the lookout for a qualified Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to become a vital part of our dental team. The selected RDH will be responsible for delivering preventive dental services, educating patients about oral care, and assisting the dentist in providing exceptional treatment. We are looking for someone who is dedicated to patient care, meticulous in their work, and committed to upholding high clinical standards.

• Perform dental cleanings, including scaling, root planing, periodontal charting, and polishing.
• Take dental radiographs (X-rays).
• Conduct assessments of oral health and document findings accurately.
• Screen for indications of periodontal disease, cavities, and other oral issues.
• Administer preventive treatments such as fluoride applications and sealants.
• Educate patients on effective oral hygiene practices and preventive care.
• Maintain precise and current patient records.
• Adhere to infection control protocols, sterilization procedures, and OSHA regulations.
• Assist the dentist during various procedures as required.

• PTO: Accrue 1.32 hours for every 30 hours worked.
• Sick Leave: Accrue 1 hour for every 30 hours worked.

• Monday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Wednesday: 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM (every other week)
• Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Friday: 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM (every other week)
• Monday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Wednesday: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Friday: Closed

• 401(k) Matching up to 4% (available after the first year).
