Housekeeper

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our senior living community. 

This role is essential to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents, staff, and visitors.The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout our community, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our residents.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Clean and tidy all areas to the standard cleanliness within time limits
• Create daily job lists and record all serviced rooms
• Maintain equipment in good condition
• Report on any shortages, damages or security issues
• Check stocking levels of all consumables
• Operate commercial washer and dryer and other cleaning equipment normally associated with position.
• Stock laundry and cleaning cart with supplies.
• Maintain clean laundry room and keep chemicals in an orderly fashion.
• Fold lines and resident clothing articles.
• Change resident bedding.
• Thoroughly clean and sanitize common areas, common restrooms, and residents' rooms and bathrooms.

Skills:

• Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial services preferred.
• Ability to work independently and remain motivated
• Helpful with customer service orientation
• Prioritization and time management skills
• Professionalism along with speed and attention to detail

Work Schedule:

• Monday- Friday
• 7:00 am- 3:00 pm
