We are seeking a detail-oriented and patient-focused professional with AHPRA registered nurse experience to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for patients, providing clinical support and handling medical inquiries. This position requires strong communication skills and sound clinical judgment.

• Respond to patient inquiries via a ticketing system with clear, accurate and empathetic written communication
• Manage inbound calls and make outbound calls to patients to address queries, concerns and offer support
• Maintain accurate documentation of all patient interactions
• Collaborate with internal teams
• Deliver a high standard of patient care while adhering to regulatory and compliance requirements

• 47 years of clinical experience in nursing (AHPRA registered)
• Prior experience in telehealth you know how to deliver great care without being in the room
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to explain clinical information clearly and professionally
• Excellent telephone skills and confidence
• Strong attention to detail and sound clinical judgment
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Weekdays: $47/hour, rising to $57/hour for evening shifts
• Weekends: $57/hour flat

• You're passionate about providing patients the best possible care and experience
• You thrive in fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working shifts between 8am9pm AEST, MondaySunday (5 days or fewer per week)
