Associate Director, Data Science and Analytics

Job Description We are looking for a results‑driven Associate Director, Data Science and Analytics to lead end‑to‑end analytics initiatives and build scalable models that drive business impact. This role requires a strong foundation in statistical modeling, hands‑on coding in Python and SQL, and the ability to translate data into strategic insights. You’ll partner closely with cross‑functional teams and mentor junior team members. Responsibilities Understands Razorfish data capabilities and how data fits into a client’s overall strategy Understands the breadth of data services and crafts Able to lead cross‑capability projects and build close relationships with other disciplines Able to identify appropriate data SME to leverage when needed Data Strategy Able to systematically identify key issues and objectives to prioritize for internal and client needs and gain necessary buy‑in Shows thought leadership in bringing new, innovative, or different methods of elevating a client’s (1) marketing goals or (2) data sophistication and maturity. For example, a Manager will be able to synthesize new learnings that may help augment or pivot a client’s current strategy. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.
