CaregiverOverview:Location: Memphis, TN (6300 Briarcrest Ave, Memphis, TN)Position: CaregiverShift: Full Time and Part TimeSchedule: Every other weekend required$15/HourBenefits:Incentive for active CNA licenseWages On-Demand – early access before pay dayFull benefits and PTO provided for Full Time employeesSupplemental Schedule:Holiday PayFlexible SchedulingMust haves to be a Caregiver:Passionate about working with the elderly.Punctuality and professionalism are important factors.Interest in pursuing a career in healthcare setting (ie, CNA, Nursing, Geriatrics)What your day to day looks like as a Caregiver:You provide compassionate and competent care for residents by performing the following servicesBathing, showering, and grooming/dressing assistanceAssist residents with diningWheelchair and walking escortsMeal, activity, and medication reminder assistanceAnswers resident call signalsParticipate in Life Enrichment activities.General Working ConditionsThis position entails standing for long periods of time. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to communicate effectively with others, sit, stand, walk, and use hands to handle keyboard, telephone, paper, files, and other equipment and objects. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms. This position requires the ability to review detailed documents and read computer screens. The employee will occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The work environment requires appropriate interaction with others. The noise level in the work environment is moderate.
