Key Responsibilities Direct the resolution of customer queries and issues via email or chat, ensuring swift and effective responses. Managing troubleshooting tasks, providing effective solutions, and escalating complex issues to higher levels of support when necessary. Evaluate operational workflows, identifying inefficiencies and suggesting enhancements for improvement. Ensure the quality and precision of processed data and customer interactions are maintained at the highest standards. Compensation and Benefits A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance‑based bonuses subject to company policies.
