Tell us about the unit(s):

· Number of Beds -36

· Number of Staff – 10-13

· Type of staff:

o Day Shift – 1 charge, 6 RN, 3 CNA, and 1-3 sitters

o Night Shift - 1 charge, 7 RN, 3 CNA, and 1-3 sitters

· Patient Ratios – 5/6-1

· Type of equipment – Hoyer/sit to stand lift

· EMR – Meditech

Must have : 

· 1 year recent Medical/surgical experience in hospital setting

· BLS

Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.

· CRRN

· Experienced Rehab Nurse

List typical procedures performed on unit(s):   

· IV meds/peg tube feedings/heparin drips

· Wound care

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:

· BLS

TRAVEL - RN INPATIENT REHAB (693) 7:00PM - 7:00AM (1011185) Application and testing from agency required to be submitted.
