Job Title: RRT Profession: Respiratory Therapy Specialty: Respiratory Care Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years License: Indiana License required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, RRT or CRT Must-Have: 2 years relevant experience with Emergency Department, Intensive Care Unit, and Neonatal Intensive Care Unit background. Description: The purpose of the unit profile is to provide an understanding of the unit. The unit consists of 200 beds. Patient ratios are managed to ensure quality care. Equipment utilized includes PB980, Servo U, V60, Airvo 2, Optiflow JR, Metaneb, and Volera. The Electronic Medical Record system used is Epic. Candidates should possess critical thinking skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Collaboration with healthcare teams is essential for providing exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered care.
